All classes are for small groups, led by our experts and take place in our purpose-built facility at 80 Kirkland Court, Kendal.

Pregnancy Pilates

Thursdays 5.30-6.30pm – ÂŁ13 per session

Join Alison, our pelvic health specialist, for pregnancy pilates involving breathing exercises, gentle stretching, strengthening and relaxation techniques.

You don’t have to be experienced in pilates to reap the benefits of pregnancy pilates. The exercises are simple and suit any fitness level. Best of all, you’ll meet other mums-to-be at your classes.

Recommended over 12 weeks into pregnancy before starting.

Mum & Baby Pilates

Join Alison, our pelvic health physio for post-partum pilates. The perfect class for Mum & Baby.

This class is about getting mummy moving and breathing with a special focus on improving the connection and strength between your core and pelvic floor, to help reduce lower back pain and pelvic girdle pain. We will work on relaxing shoulders, necks, lower backs and strengthening the upper body and wrists to help you with the demands of early motherhood.

No previous experience is required and (pre-walking) babies welcome! However, if you fancy some time to yourself you are more than welcome to attend without baby too.

Recommended to wait about 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 8 weeks Caesarean.
