Kendal Yoga

Our yoga classes consist of small groups led by our experienced yoga teacher – Steph Parmenter.

The session includes starting with some warm ups, digging into asanas followed by a relaxation technique to help soothe your mind and body.

Our purpose-built facility at 80 Kirkland Court, Kendal provides the perfect space to re-charge and re-energise.

  • Improve balance and carry on daily tasks without fear of falling

We also run chair yoga classes for those who want the benefits of yoga but would rather not get down on the floor.
