All classes are for small groups, led by our experts and take place in our purpose-built facility at 80 Kirkland Court, Kendal.

HELP GUIDES Video Catch-up

As part of our pilates and yoga lessons, we offer the opportunity to repeat a session at home, or catch-up if you have missed it. All of our sessions are videoed and you’ll have the opportunity to re-watch the class at your leisure. Instructions of how to do this are shown in this short video clip but if you have any trouble accessing the class video, please email us and we can reply with a direct link.

Class Pass

Booking our classes using a Class Pass will allow you to benefit from a discounted price per class. It also gives the flexibility to ‘take a holiday’ without paying for the class you miss.
