I fully recommend. They're a very professional and friendly outfit. I had several issues to resolve and Ben has been excellent in listening, diagnosing and identifying the best exercises and course of action I needed. I'm very grateful. Thank you.

I chose Kendal Physio because of the running program they offer after a deluge of calf strains. I was really happy to work with John (an experienced runner himself) who developed a strengthening routine that has helped me return to running with confidence. An all round great experience that I would recommend to anyone.

I have been to see Ben Lowther a few times this last couple of months .He was brilliant...explained exactly what was going on .Manipulation and stretching and then strengthening exercises have solved my acutely painful upper back/shoulder pain . I have no hesitation in recommending Ben .
