Sarah graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2015 and spent the next six years as a Physiotherapist in Musculoskeletal Outpatients in the NHS in Leicestershire. She also gained her Pilates qualifications in 2017.
In 2015 Sarah continued on with her education, completing a three year Masters degree in Veterinary Physiotherapy, in order to add an extra group of patients to treat alongside her human patients! She has also completed training in sports massage, taping and k-taping, manual therapies and myofascial release.
Sarah works with her patients using exercise therapy, management techniques, manual therapy and massage to help her patients return to their sports, hobbies and daily activities following surgery, pain, disability or injury, in a way that works for them. She also teaches Pilates classes, to help maintain the wellbeing of her patients. Her special interests include horse riders, badminton players and runners.
In her spare time Sarah is a keen badminton player and also enjoys running, particularly with parkrun. Sarah also owns two horses and spends a lot of time looking after and training them to compete in eventing in the near future. She also helps with chores on the family farm!
