Meet Lottie
Lottie is a HCPC-registered physiotherapist who joined Kendal Physio after graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Sheffield. Over the past 10 months she has been treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions in private practice and has successfully completed Kendal Physio’s structured 6-month Graduate Physiotherapist Development Programme under the supervision and mentoring of our senior clinicians.
Lottie enjoys helping people with a wide variety of muscle, joint and sports-related injuries, including back pain, neck pain, shoulder problems, hip and knee pain, running injuries, sprains, strains and tendon problems. She also has a diploma in Sports Massage, allowing her to combine hands-on treatment with personalised rehabilitation exercises, advice and education to help patients recover and stay active.
Patients often comment on Lottie’s friendly, approachable nature. She takes the time to understand what is important to each individual and works collaboratively to develop a treatment plan that fits around their lifestyle, work, hobbies and personal goals.
Lottie is a great choice if you are looking for assessment and treatment of common musculoskeletal injuries, aches and pains, sports injuries or if you are keen to return to exercise with a clear rehabilitation plan. She works closely with our experienced senior physiotherapists, ensuring patients benefit from both her enthusiasm and the support of the wider clinical team whenever needed. Outside of the clinic, Lottie grew up on a family farm in the South Lakes and has a passion for staying active. She enjoys horse riding, going to the gym, open-water swimming in the Lakes and has recently taken up running.
