Physiotherapist

After qualifying as a Physiotherapist from UCLAN (University of Central Lancashire) in 2017, I started work in the NHS within several Physiotherapy departments, including a Musculoskeletal service.  I also worked on orthopaedics, helping people in their first few days after major and minor surgery. I joined Kendal Physio shortly after Richard bought the business in 2019.

In 2021 I left Kendal Physio trying to find the right work to life balance for my young family. I started a new job triaging and treating patients remotely from home. I missed working face to face with patients, and was luckily able to return to Kendal Physio in 2023.

I have a special interest in low back, shoulder pain and running related injuries. I use education and advice, exercise and manual therapy to help people reaches their goals.

Outside of work, I enjoying spending time with my young family, Lizzie (7) and Betty (5). Or I can be found on fells running or mountain biking, or out on my road bike. And I have recently returned to playing golf, when I get chance.
