Our Established Fitness Classes

All classes are for small groups, led by our experts and take place in our purpose-built facility at 80 Kirkland Court, Kendal.

Classes run in 6 or 8 week blocks. Contact us anytime to join .

How to book

  • Use the calendar view to navigate to the date of your first class.
  • Scroll down to the class itself – you will see the description and current availability eg 3/6 means 3 have booked with max class size of 6.
  • Click on the class for a full description; scroll down to ‘Login or Signup’ and follow the instructions
  • Once logged in, if it’s your first time you will see the message “In order to register for this class you will need to fill out the following forms/waivers:…..” Even if you have filled out this form recently we’d be really grateful if you could re-submit your answers as this will mean your class instructors have instant access to your details for each class you attend.
  • Next you will be prompted to purchase a class pass. This pass will be for 6 classes and remain valid for 7 weeks from the date of its first use (ie from the first class you use it for)
  • Having purchased a pass and booked that first session, don’t forget to book other classes you wish to attend in that 7 week period. If you want to book onto the same class at the same time for the entirety of your membership you can choose the recurring reservation feature. Check you’ve booked on ALL the classes you want not just the first one.

Advantages of a Class Pack

Booking our classes using a Class Pack will allow you to benefit from a discounted price per class. It also gives the flexibility to ‘take a holiday’ without paying for the class you miss.
