All classes are for small groups, led by our experts and take place in our purpose-built facility at 80 Kirkland Court, Kendal.

From September our lovely yoga instructor Steph will be offering yoga for mums-to-be.
The perfect opportunity to connect with your baby and prepare your body & mind for the journey ahead.

Classes will start Friday 9th September – 11.30am

Mum & Baby Yoga

This class is about getting Mummy moving and breathing with a special focus on pelvic floor strengthening, relaxing shoulders, necks, lower backs, wrists and lots of twists for the tummy, as well as providing a few tips for colic and constipation with babies.

NO FANCY YOGA CLOTHING NEEDED – PJs WELCOME, JUST BRING WATER AND DON’T FORGET THE BABY…feed when you need to or even sleep when the baby sleeps!
(Recommended to wait about 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 8 weeks Caesarian).
All equipment provided.
