All classes are for small groups, led by our experts and take place in our purpose-built facility at 80 Kirkland Court, Kendal.

Mum & Baby Yoga

This class is about getting Mummy moving and breathing with a special focus on pelvic floor strengthening, relaxing shoulders, necks, lower backs, wrists and lots of twists for the tummy, as well as providing a few tips for colic and constipation with babies.

NO FANCY YOGA CLOTHING NEEDED – PJs WELCOME, JUST BRING WATER AND DON’T FORGET THE BABY…feed when you need to or even sleep when the baby sleeps!
(Recommended to wait about 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 8 weeks Caesarian).
All equipment provided.

Power Yoga is a modern form of yoga, it’s a fusion of the traditional values of yoga combined with the need of the hour.

This is a Level 3 class, 3 months experience advised, suitable to those who have practiced a faster pace Flow
Great strengthening for runners, cyclists and keen sports people.

Video Catchup Help Guide

As part of our pilates and yoga lessons, we offer the opportunity to repeat a session at home, or catch-up if you have missed it. All of our sessions are videoed and you’ll have the opportunity to re-watch the class at your leisure. Instructions of how to do this are shown in this short video clip but if you have any trouble accessing the class video, please email us and we can reply with a direct link.
